Irena is a member of Madderns' specialist Trade Marks Group.
Irena joined Madderns in 2005 and commenced practising as a trade marks attorney in January 2007. She advises clients in relation to all aspects of trade marks and has particular expertise in brand protection strategies, trade mark searching and reporting, prosecution of trade marks in various jurisdictions and recordal of assignments. Irena also assists with the management of large trade mark portfolios and opposition/infringement matters.
Irena has a Bachelor of Business (Commercial Law) from the University of South Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law & Practice from the University of Technology Sydney.
Outside of work, Irena enjoys travelling, playing tennis and going to the beach. |
